The Land Use Law Library is an electronic source of information on land use and planning law in Pennsylvania. It contains links to the Municipalities Planning Code (MPC) and other Pennsylvania statutes. It also provides summaries of appellate-level court cases and decisions with a bearing on land use and planning law.

The Library is a reference for planners, zoning officials, elected officials, attorneys, developers, and citizens interested in the affairs of their communities.

The Land Use Law Library is a cooperative project of the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development and the Pennsylvania Municipal League. A qualified land use attorney monitors court decisions and prepares summaries of significant cases for posting on the Court Rulings page.
